Introduction

web2print.roche.com is a new interactive site for all employees who are responsible for communications and advertising. It will enable you to create Advertisements, Flyers, Posters, Postcards, Promotion Cards, CD/DVD labels, and Indoor Signage.
The Web2Print tool produces a high-resolution PDF file which allows production of the final printed product.

How it works

You can either choose a "ready to go" document (e.g. Image Adverts), or choose pre-defined templates and create your own individual publications. Once that process is complete, you post your document online for PDF production, and also for others to use.

Technical requirements

The Web2Print application runs in your webbrowser - you don't need to install any software to use it.
Requirements for an optimal user experience:

• screen resolution: 1280 x 1024 pixels (SXGA) or higher
• a webbrowser with Javascript fully enabled
• broadband internet connection
